Many of the people I work with feel stuck in patterns they can’t seem to shift — even when they understand things logically.
They may know they are safe, capable, or “should” be coping better, yet their mind and body continue reacting as though they are under pressure.
Often, this is because the nervous system is still holding onto stress, overwhelm, past experiences, or long periods of being in survival mode.
Therapy can help the system begin to feel calmer, safer, and more able to respond differently — rather than simply trying to think differently.
I support clients with:
Anxiety, panic and persistent overwhelm
Burnout and long-term exhaustion
Sleep difficulties and insomnia
Confidence, self-worth and identity
Chronic stress and nervous system dysregulation
The emotional impact of long-term health conditions
Processing and resolving past experiences
Feeling stuck despite trying other approaches

How We Work Together
I use a combination of clinical hypnotherapy, EMDR-based approaches, and nervous system regulation techniques to work at a deeper level than talking alone.
Rather than just managing symptoms, we focus on helping your system process what it has been holding onto — so it can begin to settle, reset, and respond differently.
Sessions are calm, structured, and tailored to you. This may involve deep relaxation, working with internal imagery, or gently processing past experiences in a safe and supported way.
I aim to respond within 24 hours.
